Terms of Service

These terms govern use of testcaroufy.com and the Caroufy for Agencies application, operated by Caroufy. By creating an account or accessing a workspace, you agree to them.

Accounts and workspaces

An account is created by an Owner, who may invite Admins, Designers, and Client Reviewers into individual client workspaces. The Owner is responsible for the conduct of everyone they invite and for keeping seat and workspace counts within, or paid up to, their current plan. Client Reviewer access is scoped to a single workspace and expires automatically after 14 days unless reissued.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of everything you upload — source material, brand assets, logos — and everything generated from it, including draft and exported carousels. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the product for your account (generating carousels, routing approvals, producing exports). We claim no ownership over your content and do not use it to train models or for any purpose outside operating your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use the product to generate or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or that misrepresents authorship or endorsement. Don't attempt to access a workspace you haven't been assigned to, circumvent seat or role limits, or use the Client Reviewer link mechanism to grant access to people the client didn't intend to include. We may suspend an account for clear violations of this section; we'll make a reasonable effort to notify the Owner first except where that would itself create risk.

Billing and cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, per the pricing on the overview page. Additional seats or workspaces beyond a plan's included allowance are billed at the posted per-unit rate for the remainder of the billing cycle in which they're added. You can cancel at any time from account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't offer partial-period refunds except where required by law. There is no long-term contract and no early-termination fee.

Service availability

We aim to keep the product available and reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or unforeseen faults may cause downtime. We're not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond providing a reasonable remedy, such as a billing credit for extended outages at our discretion.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Caroufy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the product. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where practical, communicated to account Owners in advance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
